What Other Fruits Could I Add to This Winter Fruit Salad?

  • Strawberries cut into nice slices
  • You could wash and cut some grapes if you like them; green or red.
  • And if you like, you may want to use green apples in place of red if you like, or use both.
  • Any red or green fruits that you can think of that you are able to find in the winter time.

Tips and Tricks For Winter Fruit Salad:

  • I do not recommend making this salad to much ahead of time as the pomegranate seeds tend to discolor some of the other fruits.
  • You could go ahead and get the fruit ready ahead of time, but make sure that you add the dressing and the pomegranate seeds at the last minute, and cut your apples and pears right before serving too.
  • You could get your oranges ready and your pomegranate seeds together and leave them covered in the fridge until you are ready for them.
