  • 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. You can also use a toaster oven.
  3. On a baking sheet pan, toss the cauliflower with the olive oil making sure to get some oil on all pieces of cauliflower.
  4. Then season with salt and pepper and arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the pan.
