  • Strain the juice from the mandarin oranges.
  • Strain the juice from the pineapple chunks.
  • Place both fruits in a zip lock baggie and freeze in the freezer for 2 – 2 1/2 hours.
  • Next put the frozen fruit in a heavy duty blender or food processor.
  • Then place the yogurt, honey and almond milk in the blender.
  • Mix the mixture until it is nice and creamy.
  • Add more ice if necessary.
  • Top with cream if desired.

  • I used maple yogurt because I love it, however my husband said that he agreed with the recipe that it needs to be vanilla yogurt. 
  • You might want to put about 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract in your orange creamsicle drink, just for an extra kick, if you like. 
  • Before making orange creamsicle drink, take the pineapple and mandarin oranges out of the freezer for a few minutes, so that it will be easier to break them apart before putting them in the blender.
  • This is perfect for making for your kids before they go to school. A perfect way to start their day with some yummy fruits,
  • Or it is fun for an after school snack.

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
