  • Milk of your choice
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

How Do I Make Strawberry Dole Whip?

Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make this Dole Whip (scroll down for the full recipe):

 

  • Using a high tech blender, add the strawberries, milk, and salt. (And honey, if desired).
  • Mix on low for a few minutes. You may have to stop the blender and mix or adjust the berries so that they will mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a cup, or I like to use a frosting bag and pipe the mixture into the cups.

  • You can substitute Raspberries for the Strawberries if you want a Raspberry Dole Whip
  • Use the milk of your choice (I like coconut milk)
  • You can also add heavy whipping cream that has been whipped, in place of the milk if you like, or you could even add vanilla ice cream!! Try what you like.

  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup milk of your choice (I used canned coconut milk)
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tiny pinch of salt (I use Redmond's salt)
  • *Optional: 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Using a high tech blender, add the strawberries, lemon juice, milk, and salt. (And honey, if desired).
  2. Mix on low for a few minutes. You may have to stop the blender and mix or adjust the berries so that they will mix well. Just be patient and allow it to mix together.
