There is nothing like a nice golden brown piece of Sizzler Knock-off Cheese Toast, nice and warm, just off the stove.

What Ingredients Do I Need For Sizzler Knock-off Cheese Toast?

  • French bread
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese (canned)

 

How Do I Make Sizzler Knock-off Cheese Toast?

  • In a micro wave safe bowl, melt the butter.
  • Brush each slice of bread with butter, only do one side.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on each slice, using a knife to smooth it into the bread.
  • Place the bread, butter and cheese side down, on to a pan.
  • Over medium heat cook the bread until each slice is toasted, and golden brown; about 4-5 minutes.

 

 

What is the Difference Between Cheese Toast and Texas Toast?

  • Texas Toast usually has garlic mixed in the butter spread; whereas, Cheese Toast does not.

 

What Tips Are There For Making Sizzler Knock-off Cheese Toast?

  • Make sure that you have a fresh loaf of French bread.
  • Slice your French bread into some nice thick slices; about 1 1/2 inches thick, or thicker if you like.
  • Take a pastry brush and brush one side of each slice of the bread, or if you really like butter, go ahead and butter both sides of the bread.
  • Use as much or as little Parmesan cheese as you desire, according to your liking.
