Easy breakfast sandwich is a great way to start the day. And it is healthy too. You get to choose whatever kind of egg you like and add it to a slice of toast. You can add butter or not. I love butter, so I add it to my toast while it is nice and warm, so the butter melts.

I don’t know if your life gets a little crazy some mornings like mine, but once in awhile you just need breakfast and you need it fast.   • Cook one slice of your favorite toast.
  • You can butter the toast or not.
  • Add thin slices of avocado or guacamole.
  • Sprinkle on some everything but the bagel seasoning.

Add some avocados that are thinly sliced or add some guacamole. If you do not want to make it you can buy it at your local grocery store.

Tips and Tricks For Easy Breakfast Sandwiches:

 

  • My son told me to add cream cheese to his in place of the butter.
  • You could also add a slice of ham, bacon, sausage or turkey, if you would like.
  • Put this on a bagel, croissant, English muffin or whatever bread you like.
  • The kind of bread that I like to use is sprouted bread.
  • Add a slice of your favorite cheese.
  • One last thing you could add would be a squirt or two of sriracha.
