These Baked French Fries are so delicious and I love that they are not deep fat fried. We bake them in the oven and it saves time and a lot for mess. You are just going to love your baked French fries.

Tips and Tricks for Baked French Fries

  • I used Yukon gold potatoes, but you can use russet or sweet potatoes, if you want. I have never used red potatoes, but they could be wonderful too.
  • Slice the potatoes and place them in a bowl of water as this helps remove any excess starch and allows your fries to be a little crispier.
  • Before serving it is nice to sprinkle your fries with parsley, it just makes them look prettier.
  • Also if you are not interested in all the other seasoning, you can always just use salt and pepper, with your olive oil. However it is nice to get a few more spices into your diet.
