Tips and Tricks for Baked French Fries
- I used Yukon gold potatoes, but you can use russet or sweet potatoes, if you want. I have never used red potatoes, but they could be wonderful too.
- Slice the potatoes and place them in a bowl of water as this helps remove any excess starch and allows your fries to be a little crispier.
- Before serving it is nice to sprinkle your fries with parsley, it just makes them look prettier.
- Also if you are not interested in all the other seasoning, you can always just use salt and pepper, with your olive oil. However it is nice to get a few more spices into your diet.
