Easter Chocolate Pretzel Clusters are a fun taste of sweet and salty. They are perfect for Spring or Easter time. They only have 3 ingredients, or you can add a few more too.

These Chocolate Pretzel Clusters are simple to make and so delicious. They are made of a combination of white chocolate dipped pieces of pretzels and then topped with colorful easter candy. And they are so fun to make with the kids.

I used white chocolate, as I like the Spring like feel of the clusters with the white chocolate. However, you could use dark chocolate or milk chocolate instead if you prefer. You can also use whatever candy that you like.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 45 minutes
Total Time 55 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini pretzels, lightly crushed
  • 1 (12 ounce) package of white chocolate chips
  • Pastel candies for the top; of your choice

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set it to the side.
  2. Place a crock pot on the warm setting.
  3. Place the white chips into the crock pot.
  4. Place the lid on top and allow the chocolate to melt; anywhere between 5-20 minutes, depending on the crock-pot. Stir to melt the chocolate.
  5. Add the crushed pretzels when the chocolate is melted. I like to use a rubber scraper to stir and then scrape down the sides and stir the ingredients together.
  6. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop the chocolate and pretzel mix into separate balls. Before the chocolate sets back up, decorate the top with chocolate pieces or cute sprinkles or both.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set back up before serving.
