Strawberry Shortcake Crumbs:

  • Freeze dried strawberries
  • Golden Oreo’s
  • Butter

 

Fudge:

  • White chocolate chips or white almond bark
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Salt
  • Vanilla extract

How Do I Make Strawberry Shortcake Fudge?

Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make this Fudge (scroll down for the full recipe):

 

Strawberry Shortcake Crumbs:

  • Combine the freeze dried strawberries and the cookies into a food processor and pulse until they have turned into crumbs.
  • Add the melted butter and pulse just a little to mix the ingredients.

 

Fudge:

  • Prepare a 9″ x 9″ baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Add the white chocolate, the sweetened condensed milk, salt and vanilla extract into a large microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave on power level 5 in 30 second intervals until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  • Then add 1 cup of the Strawberry Shortcake Crumbs. Stir to combine.
  • Place the mixture into the prepared pan, slightly smooth the top of the fudge to make it even. Then sprinkle the remaining crumbs over the top.
  • You can allow the fudge to set up on the counter for about 2 – 3 hours or place it in the refrigerator for 1 – 1 1/2 hours.
  • Cut into small pieces and store any left overs in an air tight container in the refrigerator.

  • 12 ounces of Golden Oreo's, crushed

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
