Sugar Cookie Bars are a moist chewy bar, just like sugar cookies. They are great if you are not a big fan of cutting out cookies. You can even cut them into pieces and let the kids decorate them as they please. (Watch out, they love to use a lot of sprinkles) 😉

My friend said that now days people are too lazy to make cut out cookies, and they just put them into bars. I don’t call it lazy; I call it smart and efficient. Time for other things like making other fun recipes or even playing games.
