Spinach Artichoke Dip is a winner at our home. My son-in-law makes it the best and he always goes home with an empty bowl. I love that it has spinach and artichokes in it and the kids truly enjoy it.

I know with the Super Bowl coming soon, this will be a winner for sure.

How Do I Make Spinach Artichoke Dip?

Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make this Dip (scroll down for the full recipe):

 

  • Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 1 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Chop the spinach.
  • Then in a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese, onion powder, and a few sprinkles of salt and pepper.
  • Mix until well blended and add the artichokes and spinach; mix until it is fully incorporated.
  • Place the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, if desired.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • If dip needs to be browner, broil for 1-2 minutes.

Spinach Artichoke Dip is a sure crowd pleaser. Packed with flavor and even a few vegetables make it a real hit.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of fresh chopped spinach (about 1 1/2 - 2 cups), (can use one 6 ounce bag frozen, thawed and moisture removed)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced, (or 2 medium)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella or asiago cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drain the liquid, pat dry with paper towels
  • salt and pepper to taste

Additional:

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese for the top
