- Strain the juice from the mandarin oranges.
- Strain the juice from the pineapple chunks.
- Place both fruits in a zip lock baggie and freeze in the freezer for 2 – 2 1/2 hours.
- Next put the frozen fruit in a heavy duty blender or food processor.
- Then place the yogurt, honey and almond milk in the blender.
- Mix the mixture until it is nice and creamy.
- Add more ice if necessary.

- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
