How Do I Make Fried Pickle Dip?
Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make this dip (scroll down for the full recipe):
- In a medium skillet, over medium heat, add 1 Tablespoon of butter and 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs. Then when the butter melts, stir frequently to toast the crumbs nice and brown for 2 – 3 minutes.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, Ranch seasoning, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, onion powder, minced garlic and chopped dill. Mix with a hand mixer, until well combined.
- You can serve immediately with crackers, vegetables, potato chips or pretzels, or allow the dip to chill for an hour to allow the flavors to mix and blend. Top with a little bit of Panko crumbs, diced pickles and fresh dill.
