Easy Fried Rice is delicious and so yummy; you’ve just got to try it.

It is made with rice that is fried for a few minutes after it has been cooked. It is great to make with leftovers. The rice becomes very flavorful because you add soy sauce, or you can add any meat you want.

You can always add any left over meat to your Fried Rice. I have a rotisserie chicken and I am going to add pieces to this rice. Left over ham is also wonderful if you have any left overs, or add some bacon or even sausage. That is what is nice about fried rice – it  is so versatile!

Easy Fried Rice is popular and a great hit with most young kids and older kids and it is a great way to get some good vegetables, and some proteins in. The next time you are not sure what to add to your chicken or steak why not make a batch!?!
