How Do I Make Chicken Stir Fry?

Stir Fry Sauce:
- Marinade the chicken in chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, oil, vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic; refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
Stir Fry:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bell pepper, carrots, broccoli, onion, and water chestnuts.
- Cook the vegetables until tender.
- Remove and set aside.
- Remove the chicken from marinade, reserving the liquid.
- Place a little oil in the pan and place the chicken in the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes, then add the vegetables back into the pan.
- Add the marinade, or stir fry sauce, into the skillet with the chicken and vegetables.
- Cook for about another 5-8 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles of your choice.
