Delicious Paleo Chocolate Cake is a cake made with almond flour, tapioca flour, and coconut flour. It is sweet, but not too sweet and a nice change from a regular chocolate cake. It truly is delicious.
If your are trying to eat just a little healthier and wanted a chocolate cake for a special occasion, this is the perfect cake. You can either use regular sugar or coconut sugar or even Swerve, which a lot of people that do Keto, use. What ever you choose, it will taste amazing.
I have added the recipe that I used for the frosting, below, but feel free to use your favorite Chocolate Frosting.

- Almond flour
- Tapioca flour
- Coconut flour
- Swerve (brand of sugar)
- Raw cacao powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Eggs
- Full fat coconut or almond milk
- Water
- Coconut oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Vanilla extract

How Do I Make Delicious Paleo Chocolate Cake?
Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make this Cake (scroll down for the full recipe):
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare two 8″ or 9″ round baking pans by lining them with parchment paper.
- Next in a large mixing bowl place the flours, sugar, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the eggs, milk, water, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract. Mix gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Divide the cake batter evenly between the 2 pans.
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
- Remove the cakes from the oven and allow them to set for 7 – 10 minutes.
- Then remove the cakes to a wire cooling rack.
- Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.

Here is the Frosting that I Used for My Paleo Chocolate Cake:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cube butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
