You are going to love making Mini Valentine Cookie Cakes, you can make them for Valentines or a special event or even in place of a birthday cake. Use your imagination and decorate them any way you want.
I had to laugh, I gave one of the cookies to my sons family because I had my grand daughters help me decorate it, and my daughter-in-law told me that it was so yummy she had to put it away so she didn’t eat the whole thing. The frosting makes the cookie so nice and soft, if you make the cookie ahead of time, you may want to wait to frost it until the day you are serving it.
