  • Next add the turkey slices.

Turkey & Apricot Tortilla Wraps are a perfect little appetizer or snack. Make them for lunch, game day, get togethers or after school.

Ingredients

  • Turkey slices or left over turkey (3 slices per tortilla)
  • Cream Cheese, softened or use whipped in a tub
  • Apricot Jam (1/2 - 1 Tablespoon per tortilla)
  • Diced bell pepper, chopped in small pieces (any Color)
  • Green onions, chopped fine
  • Shredded Carrots (can buy them in the produce section)
  • Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Spread the cream cheese over the tortilla wraps, if it is too hard to spread, place it on the tortilla in the microwave for about 5 seconds.
  2. Next add the turkey slices. I use about 3 slices of lunch meat on each or a thin slice of left over turkey to cover the center of each wrap.
  3. Spread the jam over the entire top of the tortilla, about a teaspoon or so.
  4. Next sprinkle the bell peppers over the jam.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with green onions.
  6. Add shredded carrots.
  7. Roll the mixture up, and with the end side down, place them in the refrigerator.
  8. Cut the wraps into bite size wheels.
  9. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
