Slutty Brownies, is probably not the best name for these because slutty is usually in bad taste. These brownies are amazing. They have chocolate chip cookies on the bottom, Oreo’s in the middle and then brownies on top. They are delicious and very hard to resist.

Cookie Layer:

  • Butter
  • Brown sugar
  • Sugar

How Do I Make Slutty Brownies?

Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make these Brownies (scroll down for the full recipe):

 

Cookie Layer:

  • In a medium bowl, place butter and sugars, and cream together for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add egg and vanilla; mix to combine.
  • Then add flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • Mix on low speed until combined.
  • Add the oats and chocolate chips and mix to combine.
  • Spread the dough into a 9″X13″ pan that is lined with wax paper.

 

Oreo Layer:

  • Place the Oreo’s on top of the cookie mix.
  • Set aside while you make the brownies.

 

Brownie Layer:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl, add the cocoa, flour, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Then add the melted butter, sugars, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips. (I like to use minis)
  • Pour the batter over the Oreo’s.
  • Bake @ 350 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
  • Before cutting, allow the brownies to cool for 1-2 hours.
  • Store left overs in an airtight container for 3 days or you can refrigerate for 6-7 days.

Slutty Brownies is quite the name for these brownies. They are really three desserts in one. Chocolate chip cookies, Oreo's and Brownies.

Ingredients

Cookie Layer:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Oreo layer:

  • 22 -23 Oreo Cookies, Can use halves along the edge

Brownie Layer:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
