  • Mix together the Chow Mein Noodles, marshmallows, and the cashews in a large bowl.
  • Melt the bark in the microwave in 30 second intervals for 2 minutes on power level 5, or you can use a double boiler.
  • When the chocolate has melted and is nice and creamy, pour it over the mixture, and toss until the mixture is coated.
  • Drop by spoonful’s onto a piece of waxed or parchment paper.
  • Allow the mixture to cool and set up.
