How Do I Make Peanut Butter Snowballs?
Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make this candy (scroll down for the full recipe):
Candy:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the confectioners’ sugar, peanut butter and the butter.
- Then allow the mixture to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Using a 1″ cookie scoop, scoop the dough into equal sized balls, and place them on a small baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
- Freeze for 30 minutes or until they are firm.
- Melt the white candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the white chocolate and then place them on the waxed paper until set.
Garnish:
- If you want to decorate with sprinkles or nuts, make sure to add them before they are set up.
