  • In a mixing bowl, place the butter, and brown sugar, and mix until nice and fluffy.
  • Add eggs, mixing one at a time.
  • In a separate bowl, add the oats, flour, baking soda and salt.

  • Stir in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Place onto a baking sheet in 1″ balls.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (6 pounce) package Craisins
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, place the butter, and brown sugar, and mix until nice and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, mixing one at a time.
