- Lemon or lime juice (fresh is best)
- Ice

How Do I Make A Mocktail Strawberry Daquiri?

- Place al the ingredients into a high powder blender.
- Blend the mixture until it has a nice slushy frozen texture.
- Place into a glass of your choice.
- Garnish as desired.

To Make the Drinks Look a Little Extra Fun I did the Following:
- I placed some honey on a plate then I placed the cup upside down on the honey to make the cup a little sticky around the edges.
- Then I took some colored sugar and dipped the cup into the sugar.

- The only difference between a margarita and a daiquiri is the type of alcohol mixed into the drink.
- Margaritas are usually made with tequila while daiquiris are made with rum.
- When you are making non alcoholic versions of these drinks, the drink can be used interchangeably.

Mocktail Strawberry Daiquiris are a fun way to ring in the New Year. Kids and adults love the strawberry flavor with a hint of lime.

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries (Remove the stems if using fresh)
- 1 cup clear citrus soda (Ginger ale, Sprite or 7up)
- 2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice (fresh is best)
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Place al the ingredients into a high powder blender.
- Blend the mixture until it has a nice slushy frozen texture.
- Place into a glass of your choice. I like to place my glasses in the freezer before adding the mixture, making the glass nice and cold.
- Garnish as desired. You can also double the recipe to make 2 servings.
