Ingredients
- 18 brownie bites, store bought, made from a box, or homemade
- 1/2 cup cream, whipped
- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces cream cheese, @ room temperature
- 6-7 strawberries, quartered
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Place the whipping cream in a chilled bowl, then using an electric mixer, beat the cream on high until soft peaks form, then add sugar and vanilla.
- Then add the cream cheese, and mix the mixture on low until combined.
- Place the mixture in a piping bag with a large tip on the end.
- I like to make a hole with a spoon or my finger so that there is more room for the cheesecake filling.
- Pipe the cheese cake mixture on top of the brownies.
