- Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until nice and fluffy.
- Add the flour, milk and butter, mix just to combine.
- Next slowly whisk in the sugar, then the baking powder, salt and vanilla extract.
- Brush some butter onto the waffle iron.
- Pour enough batter into the waffle iron to make a nice size waffle and cook the waffle until it is golden brown.
- Cut the waffle into four wedges.
- Place the waffle wedges on a tray layering slightly.
- Drizzle yogurt over the waffles.
- Sprinkle the fruit over the yogurt covered waffles.
- Add whip cream, cinnamon or even chocolate chips.

- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:
- Vanilla Yogurt

- Brush some butter onto the waffle iron.
- Pour enough batter into the waffle iron to make a nice size waffle and cook the waffle until it is golden brown. About 3-5 minutes.
