- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut oil or olive oil
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crasins or raisins
- Optional:
- mini chocolate chips, coconut flakes, chia or flax seeds or any dried fruit cut into small pieces
