Tips and Tricks For Easy Basic Gravy:

  • I like to make my gravy right before we eat; that way it is nice and warm and has the perfect consistency.
  • One of the best tips and tricks that I have for Gravy was taught to me by my mom. She taught me that if you get in a pinch and it doesn’t look like you are going to have enough gravy, add a package of gravy that you have bought from the store and a cup of water. It makes your gravy go further and it also flavors up your gravy real nice.

Melt the butter!
