Are you getting together with any family over Memorial Day weekend? A few of us are getting together, since in our area we are able to have groups of up to 20 people. We always go to the cemetery and decorate the graves.
My and my husband’s parents are all deceased now, but I grew up going to the cemetery to decorate my grandparent’s graves, so it is something that I have always done. I enjoy it. I think that if you are getting together with any family for Memorial Day coming up, best fluffy pancakes are perfect.

I am confused. Instructions say to add butter, but there is none listed in ingredients. I assume it is melted butter, but how much? Thank you so much! Have a wonderful week!
You are absolutely right, I must fix the recipe right now, it is 1/4 cup butter, melted then slightly cooled. Add the butter the same time as the vanilla and egg.
Mmm! I am sure this mix would be delicious right out of my waffle iron.
I believe that you are right. I haven’t tried this batter in my waffle iron, but I think that it would be great! Thank you for your support.
