- In a large bowl, place the crabmeat, mayonnaise, Panko, egg, Worcestershire, mustard, green onion, Old Bay Seasoning, celery, and lemon juice.

- Preheat a large skillet, add oil and cook the patties on medium heat for 4 – 6 minutes or until the patties are nice and brown.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crabmeat (find in a can with the canned meat section)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon green onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- juice from 1/2 of lemon
- Avocado or vegetable oil for frying
Optional:
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- Fresh chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, place the crabmeat, mayonnaise, Panko, egg, Worcestershire, mustard, green onion, Old Bay Seasoning, celery, and lemon juice.
- Mix the crab meat very careful so that it doesn't pull apart too much. If your patties seem too moist or like they won't stay together, add 1/8 cup of flour, or place the patties in the fridge on a piece of foil on a baking sheet for 30 - 45 minutes, or until they are set up. Make each patty about 1/2 cup mixture each, and will make between 6 - 8 patties.
- Preheat a large skillet, add oil and cook the patties on medium heat for 4 - 6 minutes or until the patties are nice and brown.
- Serve with extra lemon squeezed over the top, with some fresh parsley, or dip in your favorite sauce. Fresh parsley can be used to garnish.
