- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 6 Tablespoons butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup spiced apple cider (add more if dough is too thick)
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat a waffle Iron.
