I’m with you on queso and frosting!
I was just thinking about trying to make a nacho cheese dip something like this, after I made the Pioneer Woman’s mac and cheese in a similar fashion. Pinning!

Thank you for sharing at #ThursdayFavoriteThings. Pinned and shared. Have a lovely week. I hope to see you at next week’s party too!
I am confused. One of your pics shows 2 types of cheese and diced green chiles and diced jalapenos. Also pic of ingredients in bowl looks like you used chiles and jalapenos. But typed recipe instructions does not mention jalapenos at all. Recipe looks easy and yummy but I need clarification before attempting this.
So sorry for the confusion on the picture. I doubled my recipe, and so I used two types of cheese. The picture of the green chilies and the diced jalapenos is to show you that you can use either or, whatever you can find or whatever you have on hand. So if you are just making a regular batch, use Jack cheese and diced green chilies if you have them. Sometimes, I can only find the diced jalapenos. Thank you for the great question and I hope that you enjoy the dip. Make sure that you do not over heat it too much or it tends to separate. Have a wonderful week!
