No Bake Cookies are a fabulous treat when you are craving something sweet, but you just do not have a lot of time. Another wonderful thing about No Bake Cookies is that they are cooked on the stove top. I guess that is why they call them no bake cookies. You may even want to let your kids help you make these.
No Bake Cookies come together by putting butter, sugar, milk and cocoa in a pan and then letting it come to a boil for one minute, before adding the quick oats, vanilla extract and the peanut butter. Some people do not care for peanut butter, but I think it makes these cookies really delicious.
No Bake Cookies are also a great treat to take to a BBQ. We love the taste of chocolate and peanut butter together. You may also just want to make some as an after school snack, or they are a great pick me up after a long day.
So go ahead and make some No Bake Cookies and I know that you will be in heaven. With a few simple ingredients that most people have on hand, these cookies come together so fast.
You do need to let them cool off for about 20 minutes and then you are good to go.
