Cookies and Cream Cookies are a great cookie for summer. They are delicious and a great change from your regular chocolate chip cookies. With all the fun summer activities coming up you will want to try to make some of these yummy Cookies.
This Cookie recipe is the one that I am using for the family dessert bake off this year. And I know that it will be a winner. These Cookies are soft and packed with flavor. Now if you do not have the cookies and cream candy bar, go ahead and use white chocolate chips, as they work and taste great too.

- Brown sugar
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Egg yolk
- Vanilla extract
- All purpose flour
- Cake flour
- Cornstarch
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Oreo cookies
- Cookies & Cream candy bars
How Do I Make Cookies and Cream Cookies?
Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make these Cookies (scroll down for the full recipe):
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, line a baking sheet with a baking mat or parchment paper.
- In a standard mixer, place the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, egg yolk and vanilla extract.
- Cream the mixture until combined.
- Slowly add both flours, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix just to combine.
- Stir in chopped Oreos, and Cookies & Cream candy bars.
- You can use a large cookie scoop or a small cookie scoop.
- Roll them into a ball and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 11 – 12 minutes.
- Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes.

Cookies and Cream Cookies are a soft, fluffy and full of chunks. You can make them large or small. Small for the guests and large for you!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (cold, but not too hard)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk (in addition to the 2 eggs)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 20 Oreo cookies, chopped
- 12 ounces Cookies & Cream candy bar, chopped (or 1 cup white chips)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, line a baking sheet with a baking mat or parchment paper.

- Roll them into a ball and place on the baking sheet. If using the large scoop, put 8 on the baking sheet; if using the small scoop, you can put 12 on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 11 - 12 minutes.
- Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack or go ahead and serve them.
- I also like to place a small chunk of cookies and cream candy bar on top of the cookies when they come out of the oven, or you may just want to leave them off.
