  • Prepare a baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  • Cut each biscuit into eight slices. Then line the bottom of the baking dish with the biscuits.
  • Next sprinkle the cooked sausage over the biscuits. Place the cheese that has been shredded over the sausage.
  • In a medium size bowl, place the eggs and milk, add the salt and pepper, whisk them together until they are combined, and add them to casserole over the cheese.
  • Add the milk, half and half, or water to a bowl and then add the gravy packet. Whisk together and add to the casserole, over the milk and egg mixture.
  • Cover the casserole with foil and bake in a preheated oven for 45-55 minutes.

  • 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/2 cup milk (We use Vitamin D)
  • 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 - 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (2.75 ounce) package country sausage gravy packet
  • 2 cups milk, 1/2 and 1/2, or water (Mix with gravy packet)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
