- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon sweetener, (honey, maple syrup, etc.)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
Toppings:
- Berries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, bananas, pineapple, apples, chopped nuts, coconut, mini chocolate chips, peanut or nut butter, cinnamon, nutmeg or any spice that you like.
Instructions
- Place the chia seeds in a glass jar; I like to use ones that you make jam in. They hold about 1 cup.
- Next add the milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and the spice that you choose.
