Tips and Tricks For Chocolate Mint Oreo Lush:
- If you are not big on mint Oreos, you can use regular Oreos.
- Sometimes I use no name brand cookies that are like Oreos; they are a little cheaper and they taste just as great!
- If you cannot find mint pieces, then you can use Andes mints that are chopped into pieces. (I like to use a sharp strait edge knife and cut them into small pieces).
- Another idea is: if you are having a large crowd, you double the recipe. Place it in a 9″x13″ pan. I think it looks pretty in a glass dish.
