  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds or roasted sunflower seeds
  • 4-6 large whole wheat wraps

Optional:

  • mandarin oranges

Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
