Meatloaf:
- Ground beef
- Onion
- Parmesan cheese
- Oregano
- Crackers crumbs
- Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Milk
Topping:
- Pizza sauce

- Mushrooms
How Do I Make Pizza Meat Loaf?
Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make this Meat Loaf (scroll down for the full recipe):
Meatloaf:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, and milk just until blended.
- Place the mixture into a 9″ X 9″ baking pan.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until the center reaches 150 degrees.
Topping:
- Remove it from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over the top.
- Then add the sliced mushrooms, and the mozzarella cheese.
- Return it to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
- Let set for about 5 minutes before serving.

Can I Store Leftovers?
- Place any leftover meatloaf in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Can I Freeze Leftovers?
- You can freeze meatloaf for up to 6 months.
- Freeze the entire loaf, or sometimes I like to cut the loaf into individual servings and wrap each one in aluminum foil.
- Then I place the wrapped slices in a zip top freezer bag.
- Thaw the meatloaf in the fridge overnight, when you are ready to serve.
- Bake for 10 – 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until heated through, or you can microwave it for 1 – 2 minutes at a time until it’s warmed to the preferred temperature.

- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 cup medium crackers crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
Topping:
- 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 3-4 mushrooms, sliced
Instructions

We love Pizza Meat Loaf. It’s not quite the same as Pizza; some of my family like it better, but it usually just depends on the mood. Anyway it is a great alternative. we also like meatloaf, so how can one go wrong.
