How Do I Make Copycat Cookie Monster Cookies?
Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make these Blondies (scroll down for the full recipe):
Cookies:
- Prepare baking sheet with baking mats or parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars.
- Next, add in the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix. Add in your food coloring.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt.
- You can now add the chocolate chips, white chips, Oreo’s, cookies, and chocolate chunks.
- Now you can either shape the cookies into a 1/8 cup ball, or just place the dough into the refrigerator for 30 minutes – 1 hour before baking.
- Turn your oven to 350 degrees.
Additional toppings:
- If you like a lot of chocolate, place a few chocolate chunks or chocolate discs in the middle of your dough ball. Place on top of the cookie, any or some of all of your chocolate pieces, chips, or cookies.
- Bake the cookies for 10 – 12 minutes; make sure there is about 4 – 5″ between each cookie so that they will have plenty of room to bake and grow.
- Allow the cookies to cool for 5 – 7 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.

Ingredients
Cookies:
- 1 cup butter (room temperature is best)
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- a few drops of blue food coloring (whatever looks good to you)
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 12 Oreo's Cookies crushed
- 3/4 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
Additional toppings:

Instructions
Cookies:
- Prepare baking sheet with baking mats or parchment paper.

- Next, add in the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix for about 2 1/2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and make sure everything gets incorporated. Add in your food coloring a small drop at a time, until you reach the color that looks best for you.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt, just to incorporate. Do not mix too much.
- You can now add the chocolate chips, white chips, Oreo's, cookies, and chocolate chunks. I stir these in by hand, otherwise sometimes your cookies will turn too dirty looking from the Oreo's.
