Chicken Taco Soup is sure to please.  If you like tacos, you will like this soup.  It is just such a nice change to the regular taco soup. The chicken, peppers and beans all mixed together give this soup such an awesome flavor.

We love to add chips and cheese.  There is nothing like a nice warm bowl of soup on a chilly day. It just seems to warm you up from the inside out. Do you know what I mean?

Soup is one of those comfort foods that just makes you feel loved and warm all over. Chicken Taco Soup is perfect for those cold days. Try making it today. I must say that Chicken Taco Soup is another one of my go to recipes.

Why you ask? First, you dump everything into the crock pot, it tastes very good, and I usually have everything in the cupboard that I need to make it. Today it is 47 degrees and I think that this would be the perfect dinner.

Tips and Tricks For Chicken Taco Soup:

  • If you do not have time to warm chicken taco soup up in the crock pot, put it in a large pan on top of the stove.
  • I have used canned chicken before and it works very well.
  • Garnish with what your family likes, for example; sour cream, salsa, corn chips or Frito’s and any cheese that you like.

I do have one son that won’t eat it because of the corn, and beans, but I just tell him that he can fix whatever he wants or that he can have leftovers. I have made this soup when friends and family get sick. I use to make chili for Halloween night and then my kids told me that they like this better.

So there you have it straight from the family. They like chicken taco soup better than most of my soups. It is a winner around here, so I hope that you will give it a try and let me know what your family thinks of it?

Today I am working on Scouts. Have you ever been in Scouts? I think the most important thing that you can do for scouts is to have a good attitude, and keep consistent. It is really good for these young boys to have things to do.

Not like back in my day when they could go milk the cows or feed the calves. There was always work to be done on the farm, but now days, it would be nice if all the boys could have a farm to go to. Maybe it would help them get some of their energy out.

Put everything in to the crock pot, and let it heat up.  The prep time is fast and you can do something that you want while it warms up!  Try this and I know that it will be one of your favorite go to recipes. This Chicken Taco Soup is really good soup! Happy eating!
