One of my sons won’t eat it because of the corn, and beans, but I just tell him that he can fix whatever he wants or that he can have leftovers. I have made this soup when friends and family get sick. I use to make chili for Halloween night and then my kids told me that they like this better.

So there you have it straight from the family. They like chicken taco soup better than most of my soups. It is a winner around here, so I hope that you will give it a try and let me know what your family thinks of it?

Today I am working on Scouts. Have you ever been in Scouts? I think the most important thing that you can do for scouts is to have a good attitude, and keep consistent. It is really good for these young boys to have things to do.

Not like back in my day when they could go milk the cows or feed the calves. There was always work to be done on the farm, but now days, it would be nice if all the boys could have a farm to go to. Maybe it would help them get some of their energy out.

Put everything in to the crock pot, and let it heat up.  The prep time is fast and you can do something that you want while it warms up!  Try this and I know that it will be one of your favorite go to recipes. This Chicken Taco Soup is really good soup! Happy eating!
