Hi! Is the peanut butter in this recipe a natural peanut butter or skippy/jiff type of peanut butter?
You could use any type of Peanut Butter that you want to. Thank you for asking.
They look delicious. Do you freeze well? Thanks
Thank you! They do freeze well, for up to 4-5 months in a air tight container. Happy baking!
What kind of butter? Salted ? Unsalted or reg like bluebonnet ??
I always use salted butter, but you could use unsalted butter and then add more salt. I am not sure about bluebonnet as that is a margarine, so I know that it would give you a different texture for sure.
Best of luck and Happy Holidays!
