Three ingredient raspberry jam is a recipe that I am so happy to share. I am always looking for ways to eat a little healthier. We haven’t been eating jam on our toast just to cut back on the sugar. Now, I can enjoy fresh raspberry jam with a little less guilt. And you are going to love how fast it comes together.
You may want to double the recipe and place one jar in the freezer. I bought raspberries the other day and I did not want to waste them so I make a couple of jars of jam. This would really make a nice gift for someone’s birthday or even perfect if you wanted to give some for Christmas gifts, and if you like, you could even add a loaf of fresh basic white bread!
If you want your jam thicker, up the heat just a little bit and allow the mixture to cook a little longer.
I like to put the jam into a small jam mason jar and store it in the refrigerator, and a couple more in the freezer for later use.

You are so welcome! I am glad it worked out for you.:)
Would this recipe be able to be canned? Do you think water bath for 10 minutes would work? Thank you:)
Yes, you could can the jam. I think 10 minutes is perfect if you have sterilized bottles. I am excited to give it a try myself. Thanks for the great tip! Thank you and I appreciate your comment. 🙂
