Ideas To Change Up Your Crustless Quiche:

  • Add some diced ham, Cubed turkey or chicken, Cooked bacon or sausage, or any meat of your choice. I was thinking some shrimp would be amazing too.
  • You might have small corn shells like I did, and so I used them whole. If you have large shells, cut them into fourths like the recipe suggests. Either way works great!
  • Individual quiches can be made in ramekins or in muffins tins, filling 2/3 of the way full. Bake at 335 degrees F. for 25 -30 minutes
  • This dish can be made the night before, refrigerated, and cooked in the morning.
