I love making and eating Chicken and Ham Crescent Roll Stromboli! All of that goodness wrapped up in a large crescent! You can have this on the table in about 45 minutes.
Also I am a big cottage cheese fan, so I topped my slice off with some cottage cheese, or you could use sour cream, or you could just eat it without any topping – it is all up to you!
What Ingredients Do I Need For Chicken and Ham Crescent Roll Stromboli?

- Broccoli florets
- Chicken or turkey
- Mustard-mayonnaise sauce
- Egg
- Refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- Ham
- Cheddar cheese
- Sesame seeds
How Do I Make Chicken and Ham Crescent Roll Stromboli?
Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make this Stromboli (scroll down for the full recipe):
- Cook and drain 2 cups broccoli, then place it on a paper towel to remove the rest of the moisture.
- Unroll 2 cans of refrigerated crescent rolls dough, DO NOT separate.
- Place the dough with the long sides together onto an ungreased cookie sheet, forming a 15″ x 12″ rectangle.
- Press the edges and perforation to seal
- Arrange 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken in 6″ wide strips, length-wise down the center of the dough.
- Spread 1/4 cup mustard-mayonnaise sauce over chicken.
- Top with 1 cup cubed ham, well-drained broccoli, and 1 cup shredded cheese.
- With sharp knife or scissors make cuts on long sides of dough to within about 1″ of filling.
- Alternately cross strips over filling, twisting strips or criss crossing the strips.
- Seal the ends, by pressing them together.
- If desired, brush the dough with a beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Then cook an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is no longer doughy, after covering the Stromboli with aluminum foil.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut into crosswise slices to serve.
How Do I Make Mustard-Mayonnaise Sauce?
- Combine 1/2 cup Mayonnaise and 1 Tablespoon Mustard, and mix together.
I also made the preparation go faster by using canned chicken. I just love canned chicken because it helps on those nights when you do not have a lot of time.

Storing Chicken and Ham Crescent Roll Stromboli:
In the refrigerator:
- After the Stromboli cools, wrap it in aluminum foil.
- This Stromboli can be stored for up to 3-4 days in a refrigerator.

At 400 for the full 50 minutes? Is the dough just wrapped around it or rolled up in it? The picture doesn t look like it has dough inside, just on the outside.
