Tips and Tricks for Best Easy Cheesecake:

Pick your favorite topping!

  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry
  • Raspberry
  • Cherry
  • Or if you are not big on fruit, why not add some crushed Oreo’s, Nutter Butter Cookies, Reese’s candy bars or Snickers.

Use Real Whipped Cream

  • I love adding real whipped cream made with 1 (8 ounce) package whipping cream, whipped until peaks start to form. Then add in 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. It is wonderful on top of your cheesecake!!

Do Not Over Bake

  • Also, when baking the crust, make sure that you do not over bake it. Ten minutes seems to be about the right amount of time. I have a double oven and the top oven seems to brown it a little more than I like so you could take it out at 8 minutes.
