Three ingredient raspberry jam is a recipe that I am so happy to share. I am always looking for ways to eat a little healthier. We haven’t been eating jam on our toast just to cut back on the sugar. Now, I can enjoy fresh raspberry jam with a little less guilt. And you are going to love how fast it comes together.

You may want to double the recipe and place one jar in the freezer. I bought raspberries the other day and I did not want to waste them so I make a couple of jars of jam. This would really make a nice gift for someone’s birthday or even perfect if you wanted to give some for Christmas gifts, and if you like, you could even add a loaf of fresh basic white bread!

If you want your jam thicker, up the heat just a little bit and allow the mixture to cook a little longer. 

I like to put the jam into a small jam mason jar and store it in the refrigerator, and a couple more in the freezer for later use.

How Do I Make Three Ingredient Raspberry Jam?

  • Place the raspberries, honey and lemon juice into a sauce pan.
  • Turn the heat to medium.
  • Stir all of the ingredients together and bring to a boil.
  • Then allow the mixture to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. It will also thicken as it cools.
  • Place in a jam jar and keep refrigerated.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups washed and cleaned raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries, honey and lemon juice into a sauce pan.
  2. Turn the heat to medium.
  3. Stir all of the ingredients together and bring to a boil.
  4. Then allow the mixture to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture turns to a jam thickness. It will also thicken as it cools.
