One of my neighbors had a baby and it was during the wedding planning days. So now that the wedding is over, I decided that it was time to take my neighbor a meal, and I felt that this Chicken Parmesan Freezer Meal would be perfect. It really was nice to be able to put this together so quickly.
I cooked the chicken, then I added the Marinara sauce and placed it on the bottom of the pan, (I lucked out because I just happened to have a disposable pan)!
Then I added the cheeses; after that I topped it off with the bread crumbs, butter and the spices. Then I put both the instructions for cooking it immediately and for using it as a freezer meal, on the top of the pan.
I then took it over to my cute neighbor and I got to hold her beautiful baby boy. He is adorable. She also has one that is about 2 years old and he wanted me to come and play toys with him. He is adorable too!
I was happy that I took them dinner because when I showed up, my friend had just asked her mom what they were going to eat for dinner? So, like I said, you can put it in the freezer and use it later or you can make it and use it now.

Freezer meals are such a lifesaver sometimes. I have had so many times when I was glad that I had a meal in the freezer. I also especially like taking them to a friend, family member, or neighbor, so they can use them when they want to.
Freezer meals are perfect for gifting to people in need of dinners! Loving all the flavors of this one!
