If you love Santa and I think you do, you just might want to whip up a batch of copycat swig cookies. One thing that is a must is the delicious frosting, I have noticed that it helps the cookies stay nice and soft.
You make the frosting any color that you want or you can change up the cookies just by adding any color of sprinkles that you desire. But the taste is amazing!

What Is Swig?
- Swig is a drink and cookie shop that started in St. George Utah in 2010.
- It has expanded since then with several shops in Utah and a few outside of Utah.
- They serve nonalcoholic drink concoctions and a small variety of Homemade Cookies.
Copycat Swig Cookies are great cookies to give as a gift. In fact we thought about buying some to give away and when we realized that they were three dollars each, I decided to make my own.
Also our church is having a Pack meeting for scouts and they asked me to make 50 cookies and so I did. I am sure that the boys will love them.
You can decorate them any way that you want. Swig cookies usually have a pink frosting, but I didn’t feel like that would be the best color for the scouts so I left the frosting white, and added some fun Christmas sprinkles.
