  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Heavy whipping cream

How Do I Make 3 Ingredient No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream?

Here’s the simple steps you’ll follow to make this Ice Cream (scroll down for the full recipe):

 

  • Line a loaf pan with waxed paper or parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, place the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla extract. 
  • In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream on medium speed or until peaks start to form.
  • Gently fold 1/3 of the cream into the milk mixture. Then after you mix it to combine, gently mix in the remaining cream.
  • You can also mix in any extras at this point just in case you do not want vanilla ice cream. For example, crushed Oreo’s, crumbled cookies, chocolate, mint with mini chips, fresh or frozen fruit of your choice, marshmallows or nuts.
  • Next pour the ice cream mixture into the prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and gently place it onto the top of the ice cream, then cover with aluminum foil to keep out ice crystals.
  • Freeze at least 4 hours.

What if I Don’t Want Vanilla Ice Cream?

 

  • This recipe can be used to make pretty much any no-churn ice creams.
  • Add the flavor you like and you can prepare the flavor of ice cream you want. 

 

Ice Cream Flavor Ideas:

  • To make Chocolate ice cream, add 1/2 cup cacao powder.
  • Add some chocolate chips to make Chocolate Chip ice cream.
  • Blend in 1 1/ 2 cups fresh strawberries to make Strawberry ice cream.
  • Mix in some crushed oreos or any cookie of your choice to make Cookies N Cream ice cream.
  • Add 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract and 1 cup mini chocolate chips to make Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.

3 ingredient no Churn Vanilla Ice Cream is such a fun way to celebrate a special occasion, holiday or just to sit down and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan (about 9" X 5") with waxed paper or parchment paper. Then place it in the freezer to become nice and cold.
  2. In a mixing bowl, place the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla extract. (I like to chill the bowl first).
  3. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream on medium speed or until peaks start to form. Do not over mix the cream or it will become grainy in the freezer.
  4. Gently fold 1/3 of the cream into the milk mixture. Then after you mix it to combine, gently mix in the remaining cream.
  5. You can also mix in any extras at this point just in case you do not want vanilla ice-cream. For example, crushed Oreo's, crumbled cookies, chocolate, mint with mini chips, fresh or frozen fruit of your choice, marshmallows or nuts.
  6. Next pour the ice-cream mixture into the prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and gently place it onto the top of the ice-cream, then cover with aluminum foil to keep out ice crystals.
  7. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
